Jesse Woodman brings 20 years of hands-on construction experience and five years as a licensed General Contractor to the forefront of Colorado’s energy saving movement. As the state’s Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) program has evolved, its initial implementation centered on single-trade subcontractors, which often required homeowners to manage multi-project coordination themselves. Recognizing the need for a streamlined, whole-home approach, Jesse worked alongside state program directors to help open HEAR to GCs and successfully launch the initiative statewide.
Today, he is recognized as a leading consultant for the HEAR program, as well as regional utility initiatives including Efficiency Works, Xcel Energy, and PVREA among others. Our company delivers complete, turnkey energy upgrades—specializing in high-efficiency heat pumps, electrical panel overhauls, insulation upgrades and more—while managing the entire rebate process so clients receive maximum savings without the headache.
